The one day of the week that I actually have the time and desire to sit down and read the newspaper is Sunday. I get the daily paper delivered every day. But to be honest, there are days when I toss the paper on the side table and don’t even read it for a couple of days. Some days I am too busy trying to get to an appointment, and other days I just can’t deal with any more bad news.

When I went out to the end of the driveway this morning to get the paper, it wasn’t there. I don’t know if the delivery person messed and and skipped my driveway or if someone stole it? I wish they would bring the paper up to the house and leave it closer to the door. On the porch would be even nicer. But when I asked for that, they told me its not something they can do any more because it takes too much of there time.

I guess I’m lucky they are willing to drive by my house and throw the newspaper out of their car window as they drive by. But either they didn’t do that this morning or someone decided to help themselves to my paper before I could get there to pick it up.
