I’m afraid that things are not working out well in my job at my local pharmacy. They are not training me to learn the things that I need to learn in order to pass the CBL tests that they make me take, so I flunk the tests. I’ve never flunked a test in my life, so it is quite disturbing! I don’t understand why they think I can pass a test based on training I’m not getting! If I ask them for training I get a lot of resistance.
Almost everyone there skips their breaks, and they get mad at me when I ask permission to take my break. I’m entitled to my breaks and I need them!
The redeeming part of this job is that when I DO take breaks in the employee break room I sit with other employees from other departments and have a lot of nice visits. I enjoy those people a lot!
